The Elite Partners began this endeavor as friends with a vision of achieving a high level of success in the Real Estate industry while incorporating their love for the spectacular state of New Mexico, their strong work ethic, their commitment to holding themselves to the highest ethical standards, and their dedication to helping others. With a common goal of maintaining a successful business while raising children they have laid the foundation on which to build a legacy that their children can be proud of.

Aimee Pilegrene

Aimee, a founding partner of Elite Partners Real Estate Group is a native New Mexican with a passion and love for the beauty and culture that the Land of Enchantment provides. Having spent her early years in the small town of Pecos and moving to the “bustling” city of Rio Rancho at the age of 8 she developed strong ties to her home state and after setting off on a ten year adventure that saw her living in the fast paced metropolitan cities of Dallas/Fort Worth and the San Francisco Bay Area she found that home is where the heart is after she fell in love with her high school crush and swiftly made the move home to Albuquerque, New Mexico. Aimee is married to her best friend Brian and they share two amazing sons Kane and Donovan and Aimee is bonus mom to Brian’s incredible daughter Alexi.
With a background in sales and marketing and a strong desire to help people Aimee decided that Real Estate was her calling. Aimee has a strong track record of successfully guiding her clients through their Real Estate transactions with professionalism, expertise in the local market, integrity, commitment to excellence, hard-work, continuous and extensive Real Estate education, and most of all holding herself to the highest standards of ethics and customer loyalty. Aimee believes that great service extends past the Realtor/client relationship and should flow through every aspect of every transaction from contract to close. Her passion for people and building strong and lasting relationships is what sets her apart along with a dedication to make exceptional service and communication a top priority.
In her free time Aimee enjoys traveling, working out, cooking, baking, decorating cakes, and anything crafty. Her, “why” continues to be her family and her children.
Roxanne Gonzales

As a New Mexico native, I embrace and appreciate all the beauty and traditions that this state has to offer. I was born in Santa Fe, raised in Pecos and attended The University of New Mexico, which brought me to the wonderful city of Albuquerque.
My family and I currently reside in the Old Town/North Valley area, where we can eat and shop locally, and most importantly, support the community that has supported us. My family and I love to travel and have decided that Mexico is our favorite summer spot. Anywhere we can ski in the Winter is a treat. I am a foodie who loves to try new things, but nothing is better than red or green chili smothered on anything. When we are not working, you can find our family at different parks around town attending our sons sporting events or on a golf course teaching the boys patience and the power of determination.
There are important ideas we try to instill in our two young sons, Diego and Cruz. You must work hard to succeed, all while doing your very best and making sure you help as many people as you can along the way. Real Estate is the perfect platform to “Practice What I Preach”. The purchase of your home is one of the biggest decisions of your life, and having an ethical and knowledgeable advocate like myself, will make for a rewarding and smooth experience. I pride myself on understanding the everchanging market, which in turn, allows for you and your family to have peace of mind when buying or selling your home.

Margo Tapia

Margo is a Proud Native New Mexican who, as a young adult, flew the nest to explore opportunities in Denver and Houston. Although these cities both had wonderful things to offer she quickly realized that home is where the heart is and her heart remained in New Mexico. One blistery hot day, while Margo was on the phone with her dad, discussing cooler evenings, her husband, Abran, expressed that he, too, missed the cooler nights. After this seemingly innocent conversation, they decided to put a plan in motion to return to the Land of Enchantment. A year later, they landed in Rio Rancho, NM.
With a strong background in management and customer service for a dynamic company in Denver, she was ready to bring that knowledge into the Real Estate world. Outside of Houston in Cypress, Texas, Margo started a career in Real Estate. The big city mindset quickly taught her that she needed to stand out in order to survive in an overly saturated market. The Houston Metro area is the 4th largest metropolitan city in the nation and is the most culturally diverse city in the world. This is where she really started to shine with the clients in her inner circle. These clients enjoyed the treatment they received and Margo quickly built her business through referrals.
Margo has extensive knowledge of Albuquerque and the surrounding areas. Getting out and exploring the state is her passion. Whether hiking La Luz trail, shopping in Old Town, grabbing a bite to eat at El Vado, or sampling wine at Casa Rondena, Margo is sure to take advantage of everything New Mexico has to offer. She and her husband have 3 kids, they enjoy going to the family ranch, taking mini road trips, exploring the many splash pads & trampoline centers in Albuquerque, hanging out with family and going to school in the North Valley.
